Loss Mitigation Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loss mitigation requests, compliance with federal privacy law, and responding to inquiries from borrowers, heirs, title and real estate agents, and estate attorneys. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of loan servicing and loss mitigation techniques Experience in a customer service, mortgage servicing setting, or real estate Process incoming requests for loss mitigation intervention. Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers and other interested parties. Provide regular reporting to management. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions. KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required Some college preferred Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential and sensitive data, proficient in using software 1+ years loan servicing or real estate experience Ability to review and analyze legal documents Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability Exceptional written and oral communication Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team Detail oriented with attention to accuracy Impeccable punctuality and attendance Highly dependable (daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines) Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience Positive attitude and professional image at all times This position is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. where the work will be performed. It requires the mandatory successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting. Ability to move about inside the office operate in a typical office setting with low-to-moderate noise. This role is onsite in Tulsa, OK where the work will be performed in a secure Federal Government location. The position’s work shifts are between 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday.
