Surgical Physician Asistant

Job Description Our healthcare facility has a new, full time, permanent opportunity for a Physician Assistant! In this position, you'll be the surgical first assist in orthopedic surgery, as well as evaluate and treat patients. To be considered for this opportunity, you'll be a board certified Physician Assistant, licensed in NY, and have your DEA license. - Full time
- Clinic and OR setting
- Provide comprehensive exams, order diagnostic tests, perform therapeutic procedures
- Develop and implement patient care plans, and instruct patients
- Write surgical orders for preoperative patients
- Call schedule, 1:4 including weekends
- Competitive salary
