About the Facility This community mental health facility provides outpatient psychiatric services to children and adolescents and is seeking long-term locum tenens coverage. Dedicated support staff are available to assist with clinical operations and patient care coordination. Location: The facility is located in California, offering a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities throughout the year. The state features diverse natural landscapes, including forests, coastlines, desert regions, and national parks. Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide outpatient child and adolescent psychiatric services onsite in a community mental health setting, working 2 days per week (16 hours) during day shift hours – 1 day onsite in Vallejo and 1 day onsite in Vacaville. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations for child and adolescent patients. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing medication management. Utilize an electronic medical record system for documentation. Collaborate with dedicated support staff to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery.
