We are hiring for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist on behalf of our client, a premier technology integration firm, where you will drive exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless inventory operations. Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00/Hour
Location: Ashburn, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, address client inquiries with high professionalism, and accurately schedule service and delivery appointments.
• Transcribe service notes, update customer account records, process service requests, and perform general office support duties.
• Receive inbound equipment shipments, uncrate freight, inspect incoming stock against delivery manifests, and log inventory accurately into the system.
• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks to move incoming stock, organize warehouse shelves, and stage outbound equipment and parts for project deployments.
• Safely operate company vehicles to pick up or deliver urgent parts and supplies to regional project sites as needed. (once converted)

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Prior experience in retail counter sales (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's, specialty retail), front-desk administrative support, or hybrid office/dock roles.
• Familiarity with basic receiving, inventory verification, and staging processes; comfortable working in a dock or warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, polished phone presence, and proficiency with basic administrative software and scheduling systems.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift, work on your feet, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
