Clinical Applications Analyst (Hybrid)
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- First 2 weeks onsite for training at the Louisville Support Center
- Hybrid thereafter: 3 days onsite, 2 remote (employee chooses remote days)
Job Summary
We're seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to support, implement, and optimize clinical applications and EMR systems. This role provides technical support, system testing, user training, and documentation while partnering with clinical and IT teams to improve system performance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting clinical applications and/or EMR systems ( required )
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting rehabilitation applications or a rehabilitation healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities
- Support, implement, and upgrade clinical applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform system testing before deployment.
- Document workflows, processes, and system changes.
- Train end users on application functionality.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to improve system performance.
- Provide guidance on system analysis, design, and best practices.
