Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Middlebury and other parts of Addison County
Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and overnights available. Weekends are priority
Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others
- Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
