Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a 29-bed ICU.
• Manage ventilators and perform ABG interpretation.
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips.
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and support ECMO procedures.
• Perform procedures such as intubations and central line placements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with ICU experience.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS required.
• Experience with vent management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
• Proficient in critical care procedures and patient assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
