Customer Service Field Manager

$80k - $90k

Are you looking to excel in a fast paced global warehouse automation organisation as a field service leader who thrives on coordinating teams, managing priorities, and keeping customer commitments on track?

You'll oversee field service activity and support service delivery, focusing on execution, resource coordination, and customer relationships to keep performance on track.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage customer service field operations to support consistent service delivery.
Coordinate field service scheduling, coverage, and resource allocation to meet customer needs.
Serve as a key point of contact for service-related customer issues and escalations.
Track and manage service performance, ensuring follow-through on open items and commitments.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align service execution with site and customer priorities.

Essential Skills & Experience

Ability to manage and coordinate customer service field operations in an onsite environment.
Leadership capability to direct field activity and handle service escalations.
Italian language fluency (spoken and written) is required.
Availability to work onsite.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000-$90,000
