Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing essential care in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit with a patient ratio of 6:1. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, utilizing the MEDHOST electronic medical record system, and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

• Active RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with travel experience preferred.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC).
