They ensure quality care under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.Key ResponsibilitiesPlans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus.Leads the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.Develops, implements and maintains an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department and executes appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.Participates in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies and ensures facility compliance with laws and regulations governing the Health Campus.QualificationsAssociate degree, or advanced degree in Nursing1-3 Years of relevant experience preferredMust have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and current, valid CPR certification required.LocationUS-IN-Greensburg Aspen Place Health Campus 2320 N Montgomery Rd Greensburg INBenefitsOur comprehensive Thrive benefits program focuses on your well-being, offering support for personal wellness, financial stability, career growth, and meaningful connections.
