Role Description
You will own growth strategy and execution for both MNB and its client portfolio. This is not a purely analytical or advisory role. You will build, run, and iterate on real growth systems while managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Design and execute growth strategies for MNB clients across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
- Manage client projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Run and maintain AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other LLM tooling as part of daily operations
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and translate them into executable experiments
- Manage and progress sales pipelines; nurture and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-side counterparts to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Report on performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a startup, agency, or venture-backed environment
- Demonstrable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or startup scaling
- AI-native: you actively use ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs as core work tools, not occasionally, but daily
- Comfortable operating Claude Code and AI orchestration tools; ability to learn and adapt new AI workflows quickly
- Strong analytical skills: you can pull insight from data and act on it without being prompted
- Proven client-facing experience: managing expectations, communicating progress, and building trust
- Project management competence across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in startups, venture ecosystems, or agency environments is a strong plus
