The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an oncology setting. This role involves working in a step-down unit with a focus on surgical oncology and medical intensive care unit patients. The unit provides care for patients undergoing hepatobiliary, reconstructive plastic surgery, and gynecological procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working rotating shifts, including both day and night shifts, and must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
