• Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
• Hours: 20-24 hours a week - primarily in the mornings (this is a part-time position)
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the fixed rate the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $13.73 - $17.16 per hour. This rate reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation offered for this role and is expected to apply uniformly to all candidates selected.

About the Role

The Accounting Service Specialist supports the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial information by processing transactions, performing basic accounting entries and reconciliations, maintaining data records, and reviewing reports to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. This role delivers exceptional internal and external customer service while supporting key accounting and finance activities that help drive informed business decisions and operational efficiency.
