Cashier PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join the Tailwind team! Be a part of the Tailwind experience by providing excellent customer service for an amazing guest experience and bring a fun, inviting atmosphere to all travelers. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, interacting with guests in a positive manner and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a positive shopping or dining experience.Veterans and Military family members are encouraged to apply!This is an early morning shift position starting at 3:30amResponsibilities to include but not limited to:Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smileProcess customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale systemProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issuesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAssist with inventory management and restocking suppliesProvide information about menu items and make recommendationsCollaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operationQualification/Skills:Experience with point of sale systemsPrevious experience in cash handling and customer serviceAbility to be cross trainedRequirements:Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badgeMust have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctualBenefits:Paid trainingEmployee discountEmployee referral program401k with company matchingHealth, Dental and Vision offered to Full-time employeesTailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
