Where you come in You’d run tax engagements end to end, own the client relationships directly and lead the team doing the work. Offshore teams handle prep and first-level review. That means your time goes on what actually builds a career: higher-level review, client contact and winning new work. You won’t be stuck grinding through production. The firm is a generalist tax practice today and is building out specialist niches. If there’s a sector you know well, there’s room to make it yours as it grows. The right person could also inherit client relationships from one of the partner books in transition. The firm is also investing properly in AI and automation, not resisting it.
