Job Description
The Accounts Representative will manage mid-sized company and small business accounts, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payment collection, and effective communication with customers. This role involves account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and maintaining organized documentation to support financial reporting and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts for mid-sized companies and small businesses
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and disputes
- Reconcile account statements and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation
- Handle dispute resolution efficiently and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication Skills
- Good Time Management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Familiar with Vista Platform
