The Internal Communications Specialist is a strategic storyteller and culture catalyst , responsible for shaping how employees connect with the company's purpose, strategy, and performance. This role goes beyond tactical execution-it drives alignment, engagement, and advocacy by delivering clear, compelling narratives that empower employees to act as informed brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment:
  Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into communication strategies that foster clarity, trust, and engagement across the organization.
• Content Leadership:
  Develop and deliver high-impact content for internal channels-including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and internal social platforms-that reinforces organizational goals and values.
• Channel Optimization:
  Administer and support the evolution of communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase) to ensure seamless, modern employee experiences. Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.
• Executive Communications:
  Support leadership visibility by crafting authentic messaging for town halls, global updates, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company's voice and vision.
• Employee Engagement:
  Drive initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging, leveraging storytelling and interactive formats to connect employees to the company's mission and each other.
• Measurement & Insights:
  Establish metrics to assess communication impact, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate value to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior executives and diverse teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience managing enterprise communication platforms and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
• 1-3 years in internal or corporate communications; SaaS or global organization experience preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all communications.
