Job Description
- Full site leadership from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Drive project schedule, sequencing, and phasing in active healthcare environments
- Ensure full HCAI/OSHPD compliance and coordinate inspections
- Partner closely with Project Management and client stakeholders
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and documentation

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of hospital construction, phasing, and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead large teams and manage complex project logistics
- Track record delivering projects in the $20M+ range
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
