About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a critical leadership role in overseeing its accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and core financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving accurate and timely month-end close, managing cash flow forecasting, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This position requires a strategic partner who can provide financial visibility into project performance, capital expenditures, and business performance, and who will play a key role in the company's expansion and growth. Key responsibilities for the Head of Finance include leading the monthly close process, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and presenting financial results to leadership. The role also involves owning the 13-week cash flow forecast, supporting budget updates, and providing actionable financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA preferred and an MBA a plus. A minimum of 8-12 years' experience in accounting and finance is required, along with strong technical skills in GAAP, financial reporting, ERP and financial systems, and advanced Excel. The Head of Finance will also be expected to have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities, and experience in process improvement, systems automation, and project or capital accounting.
