We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Visiting Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care. The RN will conduct insulin administration, perform skilled nursing assessments, and provide wound care services during scheduled home visits. Responsibilities
- Administer insulin injections safely and according to physician orders
- Perform comprehensive RN assessments
- Provide wound care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care coordinators
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in California
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
