Job Description

Hiring: Lawn & Landscape Crew Member (Independent Contractor)

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our lawn and landscape team on a contract basis.

Job Duties

Mowing, weed eating & edging
Use of machinery and hand tools
Pruning plants and shrubs
Collecting and disposing of yard waste
Planting and mulch installation
Loading/unloading equipment
Working outdoors in Texas heat

Requirements

Valid driver's license required
Experience driving trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
At least 1 year of landscaping experience
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player who takes ownership of the work
Good time management
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Age 25+ preferred (insurance requirements for operating company vehicles/equipment)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

What We Offer

Contract rate review at 90 days ($1–3/hr increase potential based on performance)

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
