Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote CJIS Compliant Customer Success Advocate I will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customer adoption of products, facilitating onboarding, and identifying opportunities for deeper value realization while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, building a deep understanding of customer goals and success metrics Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic conversations to align with customer agency goals and showcase value delivered Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in customer success, preferably within a SaaS environment or public safety sector Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships and driving measurable outcomes Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable insights Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting usage patterns and customer health indicators
