Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish)

Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish) for a client site in Lake Elsinore, CA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career with a reputable organization.

This is a temporary 2–3-month opportunity with a starting pay of $22.00/hour with weekly pay .

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and office support

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records

• Create and update Excel reports and spreadsheets

• Provide support and communication to employees

• Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance

• Assist with day-to-day office coordination

• Communicate professionally with employees and team members in both English and Spanish

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required

• Previous administrative experience

• Comfortable with with Microsoft Excel

• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Dress Code: Business Casual

• Ability to work effectively with employees and team members

• Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
