About the Role

A customs brokerage company in Gardena, CA is hiring a Full-Charge Accountant to independently manage the company's full accounting cycle. This is a trusted, hands-on role for an experienced accountant who can own AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting for the business.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

- Manage bank balances and cash flow.

- Process payments and invoices, and resolve payment and invoice issues.

- Perform month-end close and account reconciliations.

- Oversee and control the company's overall financial status, maintaining accurate records.

- Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to management.

 

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting experience (AP/AR, month-end close, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting).

- Ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle for a company.

- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).

- Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and organized.

- Korean/English bilingual.

- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Experience at a customs brokerage, logistics, or import/export company.

- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience).
