Purdy Veterinary Hospital is hiring a licensed veterinary technician. This full-time position offers a salary range of $28–$32 per hour and a schedule of Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.

What you'll provide:

• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
• Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
• Attentive induction, monitoring, and recovery of surgical patients
• Emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement and intubation
• Obtaining diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy, and sample collection, and performing in-house lab work
• Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
• Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
