We build cold-formed steel wall panels and trusses on CNC roll-forming machines, and we run a spray foam insulation line on the side. We're looking for one sharp, hands-on person to run and maintain that equipment and grow with the steel side of the business as it scales.

This is not a stand-around warehouse job. The core of the role is operating our roll formers and building steel frame components, walls, and trusses to tight tolerances. When the steel line isn't running full-out, you'll help keep our spray foam machine maintained and head to the field to help with jobs when we need you. There's plenty to do, and no two days look the same.

Who we're looking for
What you need is mechanical aptitude, a good head for solving problems, and the willingness to learn our machines inside and out. If you're the kind of person who can't leave a problem alone and won't put your name on sloppy work, we want to talk to you.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving
• Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss and won't pass bad quality
• Comfortable on a computer; our machines and processes run on them
• Dynamic and self-directed — you make good calls without being told twice
• Okay working in the heat, in the warehouse or out on a jobsite
• CNC, fabrication, or machine-maintenance experience is a plus, not a requirement

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Willing to do field work when the job calls for it
• Ability to lift 50 lbs relatively
