This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice. Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility and teamwork collaboration. Exceptional communication skills. Experience with a geriatric population. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
