The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Assisting in the production, facilitation and execution of large scale and signature special events. Directing special ticket and stay opportunities year-round . Assisting with concept creation, site selection, budget development, vendor coordination, expense management, setup, breakdown, hospitality and post-event evaluation. Coordinating details for a variety of internal employee events in all markets.
