Are you passionate about creating delicious treats and connecting with people? At Belleeah’s Apples & Treats, we craft joy one handcrafted treat at a time—from our signature candy apples to Dubai cups and loaded snack platters. Located in Corpus Christi, TX, we’re a small, family-run business gearing up for our busiest (and most exciting) time of year. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Retail Associate & Treat Maker to join us in-store and at local pop-up events. If you love working with your hands, interacting with customers, and being part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Retail Associate & Treat Maker, your days will be filled with a mix of creativity, customer interaction, and teamwork. Here’s what you can expect:

• Handcraft Signature Treats : Prepare candy apples, Crazy Apples, Pickle Locos, Dubai cups, and more, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Prep and Stock : Cut fresh fruit, portion toppings, and keep production areas organized and well-stocked.
• Customer Service : Greet customers with a smile, answer product questions, and process sales (cash, card, and mobile payments).
• Maintain Cleanliness : Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, sweep, mop, and follow opening, closing, and shift-change checklists.
• Event Support : Load, transport, set up, and break down pop-up booths at local events such as Texas Jazz Fest, Día de los Muertos, and holiday markets.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just talented but also a great fit for our team. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Experience : At least 1 year in a similar role is preferred (retail, food service, or kitchen experience is a plus!).
• Reliability : Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility : Availability on weekends and event days.
• Physical Readiness : Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors.
• Customer Focus : Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to customers.
• Food Safety : Willing to complete a Texas food handler certification within 30 days of hire (we’ll help you schedule it if needed).
