Our client is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations effectively. This role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the clinic, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors. Providing excellent administrative support, greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This position is essential for fostering a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the clinic.

Position Details:

• Schedule is (1 - 3) Days a week, and clinics are located in Superior, Aurora, and Highland Ranch.
• Local applicants are encouraged to apply.

Clinic Hours:

• 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hr. lunch) – Work hours may vary.

Compensation:

• $23.00 - $26.00 per Hour.
• Must be able to attend an online training class.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment is a valuable asset.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is preferred.
• A background in healthcare or hospitality, along with experience in medical office administration, event coordination, or front desk roles, is highly regarded.

Key Skills:

• Experience in clinical settings and proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and payment processing methods are required for this position.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial to meet job demands, and understanding customer needs significantly enhances overall service delivery.
• Strong computer skills are necessary to efficiently handle various administrative tasks.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification or experience as a phlebotomist or medical assistant is a valuable asset.
