Night Crew Supervisor

Position Summary: The Night Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overnight store operations, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, merchandise is properly displayed, and the store is ready for business each day. This role leads the night crew team, drives productivity, and ensures company standards for safety, efficiency, and presentation are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Supervise all overnight stocking and merchandising activities Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and organized according to company standards Execute planograms, resets, and promotional displays as directed Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and ready for opening Leadership & Team Management Direct, train, and coach night crew associates to meet productivity goals Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of workload Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and results Serve as the leader on duty overnight in the absence of store management Stocking & Inventory Control Oversee unloading of deliveries and proper breakdown of shipments Ensure accurate stocking and backroom organization Maintain proper rotation practices to support freshness and reduce shrink Identify out-of-stocks and communicate opportunities for improvement Operational Efficiency Monitor crew productivity and adjust staffing or workflow as needed Ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes Support continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency Safety & Compliance Enforce all company safety policies and procedures Ensure proper use of equipment, including pallet jacks and stocking tools Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment Follow all company policies and operational guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous grocery or stocking experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to work overnight hours and perform physical labor for extended periods Work Environment Overnight retail setting with minimal customer interaction Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays Success Factors Strong leadership and team accountability High level of organization and execution Ability to meet deadlines and drive productivity Commitment to store presentation and operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
