About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President of Strategy and Sales Enablement to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the growth agenda. This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business expansion and will work closely with sales leadership to improve commercial strategy, sales enablement, and go-to-market effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a key partner in this process, ensuring that the company's growth objectives are met and that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed. The role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience, who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. The Vice President of Strategy and Sales Enablement will be at the forefront of the company's expansion efforts, and as such, must be adept at translating high-level growth strategies into practical, actionable plans. A deep understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and customer needs is essential.
