Project Manager - Data Center Construction

As the Project Manager - Data Center Construction, you will report to a Senior Project Executive and lead projects from preconstruction through close-out, acting as the primary point of accountability.

• Manage full project lifecycle for data center construction projects
• Lead project teams including Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and logistics plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and commissioning standards
• Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners
• Proactively manage risk, change orders, and contract administration

For the Project Manager - Data Center Construction we are seeking:

• Proven experience delivering ground-up or large-scale data center projects
• Strong background in mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial construction
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar project budgets and schedules
• Working knowledge of critical systems (electrical, mechanical, commissioning)
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
