Activity Aide
At Complete Care at West Caldwell, our residents are not just cared for—they're cherished as part of our family. We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and creative Activity Aide to join our team and make each day more meaningful for those we serve.
Families trust us with one of life's most important decisions: where their loved one will find care and comfort. As an Activity Aide, you'll play a key role in providing connection, engagement, and fun for our residents.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs
- Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events
- Report resident concerns to the nursing team
- Keep activity attendance records
- Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations
- Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
- Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
Schedule:
- Part-time position Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 5pm
- Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
