Production Manufacturing Technician-2nd Shift

Essential Duties And Responsibilities General labor including loading/unloading cleaning equipment, assembly, inspection, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging, and other duties. Operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, leak, flow and function testing equipment. Operate ultrasonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations. Monitor supplies and use the material replenishment reordering system. Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks. Cross train and assist other production areas as needed. Occasionally perform work in clean room, clean line, or assembly areas as workflow dictates. Follow all of Talon’s Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing duties. Properly use required PPE: coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc. Desired Knowledge And Skills Good communication skills, flexibility, and cooperation. High level of production skills. Clean room experience. Good work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills. Understanding of controlled process regulations. Computer applications such as MS Office. Desired Abilities Standing – Frequently. Bending and twisting – Occasionally. Lifting 1-10 lbs – Frequently. Lifting up to 25 lbs – Occasionally. Lifting up to 50 lbs – Rarely.Use of close vision – Frequently. Use hands/fingers to reach, handle, and feel – Frequently. Pay Information For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range $17.12–$29.09 hourly plus a 10% shift differential, non-exempt. Employment Eligibility The business site is ITAR-compliant.
