Patient Navigation Specialist - Pacific Time Zone Support

Guardant Health seeks a Patient Navigation Specialist to process offsite phlebotomy and kit orders in a remote role. The position involves coordinating with vendors and clients, managing orders, and maintaining documentation within a fast-paced client services environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange offsite phlebotomy services for patients and assist with kit order placement via phone and email
• Process offsite phlebotomy and kit orders while resolving cases with high urgency and accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with phlebotomy vendors, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders
• Document communications and activities; enter data into Salesforce and laboratory information management systems
• Monitor personal performance metrics related to case closure and turnaround times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field preferred; high school diploma required
• 2+ years customer service experience in pharma, diagnostics, medical device, biotech, or healthcare
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle escalated customer situations professionally
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability is an asset

Compensation: $20-$28 annualized base salary
