About Our Agency:

Born and raised in Texas, I attended the University of Texas in Austin and never left the city I love. After nearly a decade working in a longtime State Farm agent's office, I opened my own agency in Wells Brancha community known for its strong family involvement and spirit.

I became a State Farm Agent because it allowed me to connect with people in meaningful ways and challenge myself to grow. Over time, it's become more than a careerit's a calling. We work hard, support each other, and make every day both rewarding and fun.

Our agency is dedicated to protecting what matters most, while also giving back through schools, charity events, and community activities. Compensation:

  • $40-50k annually

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marijane Billington - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
