$19/hour to start plus $2/hr 3rd shift premium!
Indeck Ladysmith Biofuel Center, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking candidates to fill Process & Equipment Operator positions.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Monitor key manufacturing processes and safely operate industrial machinery to ensure product consistency and production efficiency.
- Work as a team member on an automated packaging line with the responsibility of maximizing output while producing a quality product.
- Maintain a tidy and clean workspace utilizing good housekeeping practices.
- Qualified individuals must be safety-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train.
- Experience operating a forklift and the ability to perform light-duty maintenance is a plus.
These are full-time positions that include health insurance, dental and vision benefits, as well as a 401K retirement plan. Indeck Ladysmith is an equal opportunity employer.
Educational qualifications and skills:
Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Pass a background check.
- Must be able to work in the United States without employer support or sponsorship.
Duration: Full Time, Regular.
