Step into an important role supporting high school students as a Paraprofessional on a full-time contract basis for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:

• Valid Paraprofessional credential or certification required
• Prior experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborative attitude and flexibility in a school setting

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities in the classroom
• Support students individually and in small groups, ensuring all receive appropriate guidance
• Help manage classroom materials, supervision, and student engagement
• Implement learning strategies under the direction of instructional staff
• Provide support for student behaviors, encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and daily activities
