Job Summary Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for managing the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects. Responsible for Selling and Estimating all Alarm products. Responsible for profitability of department and organization of job logs. Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress. Lead and work in cooperation with field and office staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications NICET II preferred 5 years’ experience in fire protection preferred Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred Experience with VESDA and clean agent systems. Experience in working with General Contractors Experience in building teams Experience in high paced, large construction projects.
