What You'll Do: Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids crawling to 11 years old. Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair. Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong! Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together. Center Operations: Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
