We're a GAF Master Elite and President's Club contractor, an honor held by only about 2% of roofers. We have a strong name, steady leads and a team of three estimators ready for a leader who can help them close more and grow.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and hold accountable our team of estimators
• Run weekly sales meetings, ride-alongs and pipeline reviews
• Set targets and track close rates, average job size and follow-up
• Run your own appointments on larger residential and commercial projects
• Turn our good/better/best system and GAF warranties into wins at the kitchen table
• Work with production so what we sell is what we deliver

What you bring

• 5+ years of in-home or construction sales, with roofing, siding or exteriors preferred
• 2+ years leading a sales team
• A track record of hitting targets you can talk about in numbers
• Comfort with a CRM;
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
