Your Role In this exciting position as part of our Asset & Wealth Management practice, you will assist clients in aligning their operational strategies with their business goals. This includes a comprehensive approach that spans the entire investment lifecycle, including: Enhancing investment platforms and operational models. Driving efficiency and transparency across investment processes. Bridging complexities between public and private markets through integrated platforms like Aladdin. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about solving challenges, driving innovation, and shaping the future of financial services. Key Responsibilities Support clients throughout the investment management lifecycle, including product development and reporting. Design and implement operating models that enhance scalability and governance. Lead technology-driven transformations, especially those involving Aladdin, Charles River, and other investment solutions. Assist in Aladdin configuration and change management to maximize platform integration. Engage with clients in emerging aspects like automation and digital operations. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and business development efforts. Collaborate with various service lines to provide robust EY solutions. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of the asset and wealth management industry. Experience or interest in Private Markets and Alternatives. Aptitude for translating operational needs into practical technology solutions. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with the Aladdin platform and its functionalities. Ability to succeed in dynamic consulting environments. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or MS preferred. At least 3 years of experience in asset management or relevant financial services roles. Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and related investment processes. Additional experience with investment systems such as Charles River or Geneva is a plus. Proven project management and process improvement experience. Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
