ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I managed an optical eye care store, where I developed a passion for customer service, leadership, and helping people through important decisions.

I graduated from University of North Dakota and enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dog. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or enjoying just about anything sports-related.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jayden Sherrard - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
