Responsibilities Directly supervise Work Flow Specialist and Production Operators. Act as the first escalation point and support for off shifts. Drive productivity improvements. Enforce compliance. Drive culture of continuous improvement. Employee development. Resource management in a dynamic environment. Talent management. Review quality output and coach team improvements. Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in leadership roles. Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements. WE VALUE Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree. Relevant manufacturing experience. Relevant leadership experience. Green Belt training or certification. Ability to work across multiple teams/functions. Efficient with SAP software. Capability to troubleshoot processes and equipment. Clear and direct communication. Computer literacy. Willingness to consistently take initiative. The annual base salary range for this position is $82,400–$110,800.
