Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or pending FL SLP license
• Eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY; Clinical Fellow supervision provided
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for fostering student success and equity in communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement tailored IEPs for students
• Deliver direct therapy during school hours, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to maximize outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district/state regulations

Pay ranges from $55 to $60 per hour, with travel assignments eligible for tax-free stipends in addition to full W2 benefits.
