Head of Research

Director-HFT at AAA global | Ex-Graviton We are hiring for a senior research role with significant ownership and long term impact. This is a chance to take over a set of live strategies, make them better, and build the next generation of alphas in a fully remote environment. The firm operates on some of the finest trading infrastructure built for US cash equities, giving researchers a meaningful edge in both discovery and execution. You will work with a strong manager, talented developers, and the opportunity to build a small research team around you. The work is aligned with US trading hours and focuses on US cash equities, particularly HFT and intraday strategies. Crypto experience is a plus.
