A company in Orlando, FL is seeking an Airfield Electrical Foreman to lead crews installing, maintaining, and repairing airfield electrical systems throughout Florida. This role focuses on runway lighting, taxiway signage, PAPI systems, rotating beacons, and mid to highvoltage electrical infrastructure. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, experience with NAVAIDS and airfield systems, and the ability to manage crews in active construction environments.

Work Environment

This position is primarily outdoors in active airfield and construction environments. Work takes place in varying weather conditions and around energized electrical equipment, requiring consistent use of all required personal protective equipment (PPE). The role involves standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 pounds, as well as working near heavy equipment and mid- to high-voltage systems. Travel is required to project sites within Florida, and weekend work is typically not expected. The environment is safety-focused, structured, and fast-paced, with clear expectations for adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baxley, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
