CNA Program Instructor (NATP)

Essex Center is hiring a CNA Program Instructor (RN) in Elizabeth, NY. $5,000 sign-on bonus! POSITION SUMMARY The Program Instructor will work with the Program Coordinator on the presentation of the curriculum. This person works collaboratively to teach lecture and lab content and to coordinate clinical training and supervision of the course participants. This person will also supervise the students on the units during their clinical experience. Candidates must meet the following qualifications Must be a Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years of nursing experience, including a minimum of one (1) year in a long‑term care setting Must have experience teaching adults, supervising nurse aides, or have completed a course in adult education Strong communication, leadership, and training skills preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical education environment About us Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 100‑bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Elizabethtown, New York.
