Role Overview:
We are a large real estate company based in Brooklyn seeking a Property Manager to oversee maintenance, lead staff and vendors, ensure safety, and maintain tenant satisfaction across our apartment portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage maintenance staff, subcontractors, and service providers.

• Plan and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.

• Coordinate building maintenance schedules and vendor services to minimize disruptions for residents.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and property management protocols.

• Monitor building systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and proactively address issues.

• Communicate regularly with tenants and building management about ongoing maintenance.

• Track and manage maintenance budgets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property or building management overseeing staff and subcontractors.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Takes initiative and full accountability for all maintenance operations.
